A subdivision of homes built atop Mt Arlington, a section of small mountains bordering both the cities of Riverside and Corona. Area is soon to be annexed by the city of Riverside. Construction on the first phase began in 2006. Many of the home floorplans are fairly large and luxurious, and some of these homes are nearly 5,000 sq ft and sold for over $1M dollars at the height of the market, with many now worth only 50-60% of their original market prices. Some phases still being built out as of summer 2013.

The hilltop neighborhood offers a nice feel of isolation and peace, plus fantastic views of Lake Matthews, the entire city of Riverside, and on a clear day many parts of other Inland Empire cities can be seen. Negatives are fire dangers, high winds during the Santa Ana season, and a degree of crime due the low-income neighborhoods at the base of the hills, and due to these hills and canyons being a popular "recreational" spot for criminals and kids in the days before the subdivision was built.
