Named for Willard Libby, the first (okay, only) Nobel Prize winner from Sebastopol. It includes the super playground, there are picnic facilities, a bathroom, vollyball court, and it is adjacent to Brookhaven Middle School which, during non-school hours, has Tennis and Basketball courts and a baseball field that can be used.
