The Fish Pond is a fountain given to Texas A&M by members of the class of 1938 in memory of 24 classmates who gave their lives in World War II. Texas A&M yell leaders are dunked in the pond after home football wins.
The Fish Pond water fountain is where the Aggie cheerleader squad hosts its yelling sessions. In addition, senior Corps members sometimes ruin their boots by soaking them here.
