The name of God is shree jenukal siddeshwar swamy( swamy, ajjay,siddappa,siddappaji etc ...). siddeshwar swamy is very familour and famous in all most karnataka ,india ,nationalwise also.
The hill or Mountain as few hundreds steps. step are made up of well formated rect stones,and in between this we can have a good facility of water available for bhaktha's Refreshments.
On the top of this hill you can see a Gopura which looks very good in this you can see the foot prints of siddeshwara swamy(Mullasthana).
The God is very strict on cleaness and maintainance over here.there are certain processes which can take place daily.
Early Morning Rudra-Abhisheka,After that the whole day you can see a lot of Bhakthru and pooja's.
On the top of the hill you can see the nature of the surrounded area which is full of coconut trees and chained mountains and hills.
This hill contains a many caves which is having there own history and you can see a honey nest's on the big rocks.These bee's are indicates the God's sign they monitor the each and every moment which takes place over here,Any thing wrong in any of the process of publicily or privatley in this area,you will be face the sign of punishment in a fraction of moment.
Here you can see a full day pooja,No moon day special pooja(hamavasae),Full moon day special pooja with lot of devotes and bhaktha's, we call this day as purnavame.its like big devotional day in every month. Bhajana will be there on night of NO-MOON DAY AND FULL-MOON DAY.
Here we have celebration of Jathra Rathothsava in the months of April every year , which takes place whole week for each day we have special pooja and other moments also.
In the month of "May", we have Jangalaru Jathra.
Yadapura is 6 km from Arsikere, where you can reach this place via government buses or autos. During Poornima or Amavasya, special government buses are allocated for disciples who can make use of these services. The temple was shown in the TV9 Heegu Unte Show, too. The number of people follow Ajjaya and have been blessed and are humble to do seva of the god. Every year very famous Sree Jenukal Siddeshwara Fair will be held in the month of April / June, where we will be exited after watching Rathothsava, Dugula, Arathi Pooje, and Kenda Thulitha. We get blessed and all our sins get cleared off watching and participating in the fair.
Every Day there will be Anna Prasadam being offered to the disciples coming to the darshan of Ajjaya. And also a beautiful moral of not wasting the food is shown there. So please do not waste food and ask food only that much what you can eat. Also there are lot of sevas being offered to god, please ask the purohits and do the archana sevas. There is also Gangama Kolave where one can visit and pray to god Gangama.
There is a Basavanna Temple in down of tfhe hill where we can ask Appane (Any Queries), where with Flowers odd or even count, whether the work will be done or not is indicated. The god is very powerful in letting our queries answer.
