Ahearn Fieldhouse was the home to the Kansas State University Wildcat Basketball program until the 1988 season, when the program was moved to the newly constructed Bramlage Coliseum. It was frequently called the hardest place for an opposing team to play in college basketball, and its intimidating atmosphere helped the fieldhouse enjoy a nearly 90% KSU home win advantage.
