A city of oblast significance and the administrative center of the Sverdlovsk Raion (district) in the Luhansk Oblast (region) of Ukraine. The city itself does not belong to this Raion.

Dovzhansk was founded in 1938, and had a name Sverdlovsk till 2016.
Population: 64,895 (2014).
