Kandholhudhoo is a an inhabited island in the North Maalhosmadulhu Atoll. Its residents were displaced following the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. They took refuge on nearby islands within the atoll, primarily Dhuvaafaru.
In 2014, the ruins on Kandholhudhoo were resettled by a family of fishermen.
