The Palace of Florence on Davis Islands in Tampa, Florida, is a 28-unit apartment building built in 1925. The Mediterranean revival style structure mixes medieval and classical elements to reproduce the look of a grand scale Italian palazzo. The Palace's design, by artist Athos Menaboni, is loosely based on that of the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy and includes a four-story battlement tower with exterior staircase.
The Palace of Florence was completely restored in 2002-2003 and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
