900 Biscayne Bay is a skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida that is a part of the Biscayne Wall. It was constructed from 2005 to 2008. The tower is 650 ft (198 m) tall and has 63 floors. The 1,500,000 sq ft (139,000 sq m) tower has 516 condominium units and 800 parking spaces on 11 floors. There are eleven typical units on each of the lower floors, with two-level townhouses and penthouses on the uppermost floors. The first three floors consists of a lobby, retail shops, a restaurant, and an outdoor cafe. The lobby is located 18 ft above the ground and there is a separate porte cochere entrance and lobby for the offices. The architect, Revuelta Vega Leon, designed the facades so residents can have a perfect view of the bay.by angling the building in the right proportions. The rooftop looks as if it were disturbed by wind. Post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls and columns that are columns that are up to 12 ksi strength compromised the primary structure, but other assets for this project required innovative and creative analysis.
