Was developed by Dayton Hudson Corp.(now Target Corp.) in 1978, and also opened the same year. In addition, it was the first enclosed mall to include a Target, which has since relocated to a nearby location as a Super Target. The infamous 2003 Dru Sjodin kidnapping and murder also occurred here, which received national media attention.
