CGAS Cecil Field

USA / Florida / Baldwin /
 military, United States Coast Guard

Hanger 13 at Cecil Field is currently the home of the US Coast Guard's Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron (HITRON), which operates the advanced MH-65C Dolphin Helicopter in anti-drug smuggling missions in the Caribbean.

Armed with a M240B 7.62mm machine gun and the sinister Barrett M107CQ 12.7mm anti-material rifle, the high speed helicopters are specifically designed to track down and pursue high speed drug running craft which were frequently able to outrun USCG surface craft. Once the HITRON helicopter finds a drug laden 'go-fast' the crew onboard use armor-penetrating bullets and the Barret rifle to shoot enough holes into the drug runner's engine blocks to disable the boat, whereupon it's occupants are arrested and their haul seized.
