Tetlin Junction is an unincorporated community located at the junction of the Taylor Highway with the Alaska Highway, in the Southeast Fairbanks Census Area of Alaska. It is also historically known as Forty Mile, Tetlin Center, or Tetling Junction.

Tetlin Junction is a historic wayside, with a service and repair station, truckstop and roadhouse. It is currently closed.

  • Tetlin Junction is the Alaska gateway to one of the world's richest gold mining region, the Klondike and Forty-Mile River districts. After struggling to remain open into the 80's and 90's, lack of steady clientele and high gasoline prices eventually took the toll and it closed.
