  I sorry, do you mean Crown wharf? because i know it's most likely not called crown "Whart". If it is called so, i don't think its a pleasing name for a new development.

  I think you've got the wrong site here! Crown Wharf (and yes, wharf are commonly pleasing names for developments in the property world) is way up north, close to the Omega works and just south of the Olympic Park. This is the location of Priors Wharf which, by the way, is safeguarded by the Mayor of London from redevelopment into speculative housing.
