Greenshield Canada is a not-for profit corporation which administers health and social service benefit plans for 1.3 million plan participants, ranging from home based self employed, to large employee groups of multi-national corporations. Founded in Windsor in 1957, it is Canada's 4th largest health and dental benefits carrier and was the first to pioneer pre-paid drug benefits over 50 years ago.

The 72,000 sq. ft. headquarters was built by Rosati Group and opened in 2002. Upon completion their former location on Giles Boulevard East was vacated.
