119-foot, 10-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1918 with 7 floors. Designed by Charles A. Platt, it was originally called the Astor Office Building. It is clad in rusticated limestone, with retail show windows on the ground floor, and large triple-paned windows on the 2nd floor. The upper floors have paired windows. A narrow stone cornice runs above the 6th floor, and the 7th floor is topped by a pale green copper cornice with dentils and modillions. Above this cornice are three further floors, set back from the roof line, that were added in 1999. The top floors, designed by Swanke Hayden Connell, are topped by a green, sloped metal roof.

The ground floor is occupied by Staples office supply store, an AT&T Wireless store, and the entrance to a New York Sport Club, which is mostly located on the 2nd floor.
