5-story mercantile building completed in 1853 as a store and tenement building. It is clad in red brick, with three bays on each of the two facades. The windows have stone sills and lintels on the Prince Street side, and metal cornices on the Wooster Street side, where there is also a red-painted metal fire escape, and a small roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Pleats Please Issey Miyake boutique.
