Art Deco 1930s building designed by William Dewey Foster, once provided for government buildings. Sold in 2013 to be adaptively reused with some significant changes to a design by David Adjaye.

  • Actually it is not a power plant - its a steam plant that is used to provide backup steam capacity to Federal buildings along Virginia Ave. It is also being closed and sold (as of Oct 2011)
