Huge Mansion and Estate, built and owned by Brian and Kim Ross has an interior of over 50,000 square feet, including the two garages. Brian Ross is a developer and has also a very impressive collection of Ferraris totaling well into the tens of millions of dollars on their own. It was featured on HGTV's show "Million Dollar Rooms" where both the garage and the "Mayan Pool" were highlighted as the most expensive parts of the giant house (which had a number of other extravagant features such as a full-sized soda fountain and large private movie theater).

This mansion was featured in the publication "Ultimate Dream Homes".
