    This place is surrounded by two creek viz.Tircana and Katra.this creeks are famous for crocodile citation..Tourist come in this creek to see crocodile.this Island is now quite big village panchayat system,Occupation of people who are staying is fishing.after crossing creek you can go to panaji.this place is having good vegetation plants especially Mangroves.
