The Jersey-Atlantic wind farm is located at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) wastewater treatment plant just north of US Route 30 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Opened in 2005, it consists of 5 GE Energy 1.5sle wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 7.5 MW.
The wind farm provides most of the wastewater plant's electricity needs.
This was the first wind farm in New Jersey, and the first coastal wind farm in the US.
