A resettlement housing estate that consists of roughly 100 units of single storey houses, which was originally completed in 1999. However, site problems caused these units to be demolished and rebuilt. The homes were completed once again by 2012.

Today, it is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, where most of the houses are not fenced up, with roofs painted orange. Residents here live a simple life with access through nicely sealed and named streets. A distant view of the hills near Telipok (including the Nirvana Memorial Park) can be seen from here.
