Third Rail Lofts is an 18-story residential skyscraper located in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas. The structure is the first new residential buildings constructed on Main Street in forty years.

The building features a ninth floor outdoor terrace with a sunlit pool and spa, a fire pit, a cabana bar, a dog park and two sun decks. Adjacent to the terrace is a spacious community center and a professionally appointed fitness center. The lofts vary in size, ranging from 751 - 1681 square feet.
