Projected Fly-In-Community under the provisional title "Mueritz Airpark". The Airpark will be a first in Germany. It includes 99 lots, paved roads and taxiways as well as a Marina, a 18 hole golfcourse, a Restaurant, a Clubhouse and rental airplane hangars. Some of the lots have access to a public waterway which connects to the entire Mecklenburg lake district as far as Berlin and beyond as well as to the Baltic Sea.
