The Cleveland Works is a vast complex of steelmaking facilities straddling the Cuyahoga River:
On the east bank, the plants were originally owned by Corrigan, McKinney and Company 1910, then Republic Steel 1935, then LTV Steel 1984, then ISG Steel 2002, before being acquired by Mittal in 2005.

On the west bank, the plants were originally owned by Otis Steel 1914, then Jones & Laughlin Steel 1942, then Ling-Temco-Vought 1968, renamed LTV Steel 1977, bought by ISG Steel 2002 and acquired by Mittal in 2005.

The entire complex is now owned by Arcelor Mittal, the worlds largest steelmaker, based in Luxembourg.
