This is the location of Atlantic Station's first office tower. It was also the first high-rise LEED Core and Shell building ever certified (Silver), and the first LEED high-rise in Georgia. It is home to Wachovia, though it used to be the Southtrust Tower. The defining feature of the 22 story building is the large, lit mechanical box jutting over the side of the structure. It is very visible from the interstate.
