  Taxi stand with cheating taxis. If you want to pay few times more than normal for a fare catch a cab from here. Otherwise look for passing cabs at the street. There some other places in Varna with such cheaters - at Sevastopol (near Cherno More hotel in the very center of Varna), at the Train station, at the Bus station and the Airport. Their drivers look predominantly for foreign tourists as well as town's guests from the interior of the country. The local citizens knows and always avoid this stands.
