The dock at the North Western corner was Stave Dock. The Dock that ran due south was Russia Dock, The small appendage that ran from the junction of these 2 docks towards Surrey Basin (called Surrey Water today) is Island Dock. These dock were filled in during the building and redvelopment that took place in this area in the 1980's
