The third oldest steam engine in the museum collection of locomotive fleet of BDZ is 47.05, which represents the second type of locomotives, series 47. It has the appearance of a typical German engineered locomotive, mass produced between 1898 and 1921.Resembles the well known DR series 896-8. Locomotive 47.05 was delivered with factory № 2133 / 1900 from the J.A.Maffei - München factory.

Since 15.10.1998, the 110-th anniversary of BDZ, it is on display at the Sofia Central Railway Station on the west side of the reception building in the open.
