A combination Warehouse/Fulfillment Center, Call Center, Buyer Office, and Information Services Data Center. Built in the late 1980's, it opened in May 1989. At least one major expansion of the Fulfillment Center has been completed since the original construction. The street that ran in front of the facility was called East Walnut Hill Lane in 1989 but was renamed Customer Way at the request of the NM Direct Management team. Much confusion arose over the original name because East Walnut Hill Lane did not connect to Walnut Hill Lane. Walnut Hill Lane is a major thoroughfare in the Las Colinas area and many visitors became lost trying to find 221 East Walnut Hill Lane.
