Assumption or Holy Mother of God is a church in the city of Ruse, Bulgaria. On April 22, 1928, architect Sava Bobchev was commissioned to prepare a project for a church. It was decided to call the new church "Assumption of the Blessed Virgin" with the patron saint's day August 28/15.
