Former strip joint, wedged between the Harbor Steps apartments and the Four Seasons Hotel. Known for their pithy marquees, such as "Always Open / Never Clothed". Went out of business in 2010 (darn that Internet) and has since been both unoccupied and stubbornly resisting demolition.
