575-foot, 44-story modernist office building completed in 1981 for the Fisher Brothers. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it is clad in green glass with stainless-steel mullions. Rising above and behind the Racquet and Tennis Club on Park Avenue, the east facade has a prism-like plan, angled in at 45-degrees at the north and south ends with an angled notch in the center; the north and east elevations are also notched.

The ground floor has a through-block glass-walled atrium with a light-toned granite floor and a gridded ceiling. The east end of the building at both 52nd & 53rd Streets sets back above the 7th floor, where the angled elevations begin. The main tower is also flanked by a 7-story wing on 53rd Street at the west end. The main entrances to the through-block atrium are at the east end of the tower, with secondary entrances in the notches at the north and south. There is a wide loading dock at the ground level of part of the west wing on 53rd Street. The three notched facades create 12 corner offices per floor.

The building currently houses offices for BlackRock Financial Group and McKinsey & Company. The ground floor is also occupied by Blake & Todd Fine Foods, and Masons Tennis NYC, with the arcade also housing a Starbucks Coffee, and Chartwell Book Sellers.
