Nageswari Amman represent the Serpent Goddess. Her temple is a place of ritual for the Indian community in the vicinity of Sri Muda, Kemuning Utama, Bukit Kemuning & Ladand Emerald. The temple is located at the side of Jalan Bukit Kemuning; a road which is from Taman Sri Muda heading to Kampung Jawa.

Ever since it was moved to Taman Sri Muda last May 2000, many worshipers are praying to the Cobra nest which is believed to be a nest to a Cobra snake. It is the mytical believe of the indian community to the powers of the Cobra snake.

The founder, Mr.Pattan re-built the temple in the early 1970's. Initially Mr. Patten used to be the the temple guardian and the person in charge of the rituals in the temple. The temple had been there for more then 100 years old, and was beleived to be built by the palm estate workers who worked in Ladang Emerald a century ago.
