  • I just can;t wait for this place to complete, Paramount is doing a great job, time management is damn good... The place is really developing pretty fast.. I am pretty confident they will complete before the stipulated date line...

  • Raised by not much, big river on the right. Left and right all industrial area.
  • Does this area have direct entrance and exit to and fro KESAS both directions Klang and Subang Jaya? Is there any shopping complex, primary & secondary schools, police station and hospital already built in this area or if not, how long it'll take to build?
  • Using GPS equipment, found out that the difference in elevation was a few meters. The last flood in Taman Sri Muda was 10 years ago and was waist high. It never recurred. So a few meters is a good safety margin except if you get a mega flood that will also cover Proton factory :-)
  • Sansibar,.... .YES YES YES..... I am not too sure about Hospital and Police Station... there is Shah Alam Medical Center which is approximately 3km away... And the police station within a KM,near the roudabout at Sri Muda from KU....
