This was originally built as a PACE Membership Warehouse, a warehouse club owned by Kmart. They closed the stores in 1993 but this one wasn't sold to another retailer and instead remained vacant when part of it reopened in early 1996 as a Hobby Lobby. Today it and two other retailers occupy the site.
