This is a half cloverleaf interchange between Interstate 395 (Shirley Highway) and Virginia Route 120 (South Glebe Road) near Nauck, Virginia. The interchange includes a semi-directional ramp from northbound Route 120 to southbound Interstate 395, while the connection from southbound Interstate 395 to southbound Route 120 requires a left turn from the exit ramp. The entrance ramps onto northbound Interstate 395 are metered. The interchange was reconstructed to its current configuration around 1973. Prior to that it had been a parclo-AB interchange with ramps on the north side, with Route 120 being widened around 1950.
