McDonald's located in 3-story Art-Deco building completed in 1936, with two floors of apartments above the restaurant (entrance at 34 Cliff Street). The facade is clad in concrete dressed to appear as ashlar, with most of the ground floor (except around the residential entrance) clad in light-grey granite. On the upper floors, both facades have a triple-window in the center, with two flanking single-windows, all with metal frames. The 2nd floor has two vertical McDonald's signs affixed near the corner, and a flagpole hanging a McDonald's banner. There is a small fire escape on the north elevation.
