  • Wow, how was the trip?
  • Must feel a little unsafe on the roof of a 16 story building that didn't have any maintenance whatsoever in the last 20 years.
  • What a maintenance? What are you talking about?:D This is Ukraine=Russia=Belarus etc. We still have the houses of the pre-revolutiounary epoche. I mean the end of 19th, beggining of 20th century they doesn't require any serious maintenance, except the maintenance of waterpipe comunications. There are people who still live in such houses.
  • Accroding to the Russian article it was nicknamed "Fujiyama"
  • Why the Japanese name "Mountain Fuji"? Perhaps because of its height and view?
  • Alexiurs, comparing the construction quality of pre-revolutionary epoch buildings to the cookie-cutter modern buildings the CCCP was churning out by the 70s & 80s is pointless because the construction quality of Soviet era buildings was absolute crap. Besides a pre-revolutionary building left unoccupied and open to the elements would be in shambles and ready to collapse after 20 years abandonment too.
  • Nah feels solid
