THe (Block 82) Tower (formerly known as the Bank One Building) is a 488-ft, 38-story (was once 454-ft 36 floors) building constructed from 1969-1974 in Fort Worth. It was once an office building, but it was severely damaged by a tornado on March 16, 2000. It was closed to the public on February 2001. The building was slated for demolition. But in 2003-2005, it was converted into 315 condominiums with the first two floors converted into retail space.
