174-foot, 20-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1965. Designed by Chapman, Evans & Delehanty, it is clad in red brick, with a strip of light-grey brick down the center of the east and west facades. The main entrance at the center has a black metal door; to the right is a 2-over-7 paneled sidelight of small, square panes, and to the left is a wider paneled sidelight and a shorter one of the same width set up higher, all with transoms above. The door and sidelights are set in a red-painted stone surround, with a blue tile wall to the south. The whole center section is covered by a steel canopy. There is a sloped, concrete roof area above, with a recessed center bay of light-grey brick with no openings running up the full height of the tower.
Flanking this center bay on either side is a triple-window bay, two double-windows, another triple-windows (but with a wider double-window version at the south), another double-window, and single-window end bays. The north end bay sets back above the 18th floor. The ground floor has a red metal service door replacing the triple-window in the bay to the north of the main entrance, and a vent in this bay at the 2nd floor. The short side walls facing in toward the recessed center bay both have one single-window per floor.
The west facade has the same recessed center bay, with single-windows in the side walls. To the north there is a triple-window, two double-windows, another triple-window, another double-window, and a single-window end bay ending at the 18th floor. To the south is a triple-window, double-window, another triple-window, another double-window, and single-window end bay.
The south facade on 100th Street has two bays of double-windows on the west side and a single-window at the east end. The north facade on 101st Street has two double-window bays in the middle and single-window end bays.
A square mechanical penthouse and water tower enclosure rises from the center of the roof. The building contains 159 apartment units.
