165-foot, 15-story postmodern residential building completed in 2010 for UDR Management. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners, the tower is clad in blue glass and grey metal panels, above a 2-story podium base clad in light-grey cast-stone, dark-grey metal panels, and glass, with a dark-grey granite water table. The base is organized into nine bays framed by grey metal paneling, with a band of stone across the top of the 2nd floor. The ground floor has glass-and-metal storefronts, each with a recessed glass-door entry. At the 2nd floor are large triple-windows with thinner, darker-colored upper and lower panes, and silver metal louvers between the two floors. The residential entrance is in the 4th bay from the north, with stone cladding. A recessed, metal-framed glass double-door is set in a small glass surround and covered by a metal canopy, offset to the south of the bay. Above is a large, recessed window. The north part of this bay has a tall single-window on the ground floor, and a smaller window on the 2nd floor, shifted slightly to the south. The same cladding continues onto the west part of the base's north facade, with the east part clad in cast-stone, with two wide bays of windows at the 2nd floor, and the ground floor having a loading dock with a roll-down metal gate, a metal service door, and an entrance to the underground parking garage. The south facade of the base is a blank wall of cast-stone, with the east end dropped down to a single story.
The tower is situated near the north end of the podium, set back somewhat from the north and west sides, and is roughly L-shaped, wrapping around the 1-story southeast section of the base. The tower has a curtain wall of glass and thin metal mullions and spandrels, with the window bays separated by piers clad in grey metal panels from the 3rd-11th floors. The panels are arranged in groups of 1, 2, or 3, and the windows bays have either single or double panes except for one tripartite window bay towards the north end, and end bays on both sides that are four panes wide. The south half of the facade terminates at the 11th floor, while the north half continues up to a shallow setback above the 13th floor, but without grey metal panels interrupting the curtain wall. The top two floors also have a curtain wall cladding system.
The north facade of the tower has grey metal panels framing a triple-window and double-window on the west side, and a curtain-walled double-window end bay that sets back above the 13th floor. The eastern third of the north facade is also clad in the curtain wall system, with a metal-paneled pier at the far end, and a metal lintel across the top.
The south facade is fully clad in a glass-and-metal curtain wall, with the south wing extending from the west half of the facade and terminating at the 11th floor. The rest of the south facade also has curtain wall cladding, with a section of grey metal panels at the core in the middle, extending up to the rooftop mechanical penthouse.
The east facade of the main tower section is fully clad in metal panels, with two bays of very narrow window paired close together. The east facade of the shorter south wing has three single-window bays alternating with a tripartite and double-window bay, all framed in grey paneling, and a curtain-walled south end bay.
The building contains 100 apartment units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Ryan Health Women & Children's clinic (also occupying 2nd-floor space), Avantus Renal Therapy/Upper Manhattan Dialysis Center, Valley Drugs, and a 7-Eleven convenience store.
