137-foot, 13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Costas Kondylis Architects, it is very similar to the building at the north end of the block, 805 Columbus. It is clad in white metal and blue glass in dark-grey metal framing. An 11-story tower rises from a 2-story commercial podium.
The tower is situated near the southeast part of the podium, taking up about half its area. The south facade of the base, on 97th Street, has three bays organized by white metal piers and spandrels; the piers have dark-grey granite bases. The main entrance is in the center bay, with steel-framed glass double-doors in a glass surround, covered by a suspended glass canopy. There is a metal-and-glass storefront in the west bay and the east bay has a small commercial office and a glass-and-metal garage door. The longer west facade on the avenue has six bays of storefronts. The 2nd floor has wide bands of windows with metal framing and louvers along the top. The base is topped by a metal railing.
The tower has a glass curtain wall with thin metal spandrels and mullions. A shorter, 7-story section slightly projects from the rest of the west facade, offset to the north. There are wider, white metal spandrels and piers framing the bays in both this section and the main tower section. The rear, east-facing facade has a center section of white metal panels with three bays of individual single-windows, and glass curtain walls at the north and south ends. The narrower north and south facades have white metal panels framing the middle two bays, and curtain walls at the ends; the north facade also has the end of the slightly-projecting shorter section that sets back above the 10th floor.
The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by a Duane Reade pharmacy. The 2nd floor is occupied by Polis Montessori World School. The tower contains 56 apartment units.
