  • Passed out from this great institution in 1980, The schol was under the batton of Mr Ardeshir Mulla. What a great scout Group, 15th East it made men out of boys. GOD BLESS THEM ALL. School should take some interest in doing a re-union.
  • Hi I am proud to be a part of this school and am looking forward to meet my school friends especially Vikram Shah. Thanks to Mr and Mrs Mulla for their support
  • I am proud to be a part of this school my cousine Master Ilhan Khan is the Topper of this school in SSC Board Exam 2002-2003
  • There is a re-union of sorts (in the virtual world) for the classs of 1984 - I think other classes should do the same and have a real re-union.
  • Sadly the current management is trying its hardest to destroy the great legacy of what once was perhaps a pioneering institution.. I guess the demise of Mr. Mulla and the advent of Ms. Pooja Kumar at the helm of affairs was the last nail in the coffin for Bharda...
  • I am really proud of the school(1984 Batch) & 15th East Scout Group. Had a great time & enjoyed the reunion of our Batch which we had after 25 years, but feel really sad with the present condition of the school. Hope the trustees bring some competent persons at the helm to bring back the school to its past glory.

  • Alumni of Bharda graduated SSC in class of 1966. Mrs Gandhi (Home room teacher and science) Mr Khori (Math), Mrs Kapadai (Arts), Mr Shukla (History), Mr Pardiwala (PT, Ex Tokyo Olympic starter) all my role models not just gave fine education but molded students in fine character. Great cricket team with highest championships, both my brothers played for school, still remember all the team pictures in Old Bldg Hall. All those yearly Sports feats at Brabourne were like mini olympics with closing ceremonies and all, what a great school. If someone knows where can I find the old school Badge and Maroon color Tie please let me know. I went back there with my boys few years back, was surprised to see it co-ed and met principal in hallway, introduced myself, she was very nice, she asked me to come back in few days and she will pull all my records for sake of memories, I said 'No Thanks' (since my kids were with me) ha ha ! One dream that I have is to go back to India and teach at Bharda, what a way to close the circle !!
  • So good to so many comments. I am a graduate of this school and passed my SSC in 1960. Went to St Xavier for two years and then to Poona for engg. Worked in Hyderabad for 5 years and for 6 more months in Panjim Goa. I left India in Dec 1969 to pursue my MS in Engg at the Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh. Got married to my wife Susan, who is from Pittsburgh and married to her since. We have two daughters and teo grand daughters. Many of my family members, my brother, cousins and close family members all attended Bharda and very proud of it. I do recall many teachers that are mentioned. My last class room teacher was ms Gandhi. Love those days but I hope the school has adopted western methods. No yearly exams.
