6-story office building completed in 1903. Designed by Horgan & Slattery as a stable. It was converted to offices in 1926. The facade is clad in red brick above a black-painted brick ground floor, with a rough stone band course across its top. The upper floors windows are slightly recessed between the brick piers, and have rough stone lintels, with keystones on the 5th floor. Above this is a stone band course with a projecting brick pattern beneath, forming the base of the top floor. The windows here are round-arched , and the building is topped b by a brick parapet with stone coping. An elevator penthouse with three narrow windows rises up above the roof line on the southwest corner. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by 535 Galleries.
