Western end of the new Irvington Tunnel, part of the Hetch Hetchy Aqueduct Water System Improvement Project. From this point, the aqueduct splits into two paths. Bay Division Pipelines 1 and 2 cross the bay just south of the Dumbarton Bridge, while Bay Division Pipelines 3 and 4 wind around the bay to the south.
