7-story office building completed in the late 1800s. The brownstone facade is three bays wide, above a 2-story commercial base that is painted dark-blue. The ground floor has a modernized storefront on the left, and entrance on the right. A yellow-painted molding framed the upper half of the ground floor and the large segmental-arched opening on the 2nd floor, which is divided into many small window panes, some quite narrow, by dark-blue metal framing.

The upper floors have segmental-arched surrounds at the windows, painted a darker rust color than the rest of the upper facade. Small roundels decorative the peak of each window. The dark reddish-brown metal cornice above the 5th floor has the characteristic acanthus brackets, but these are decorated with small shields bearing crosshatched medallions. It also has panels, modillions, and dentils. Above the cornice, the 6th floor has a wide band of windows, and the top floor is recessed and not visible from the street. The bottom two floors are occupied by Akdeniz restaurant.
