5-story residential/commercial building completed around 1900. The front facade is faced in grey smooth-stucco, with a 2-story projecting storefront. The ground floor has a plate-glass storefront on the left, and a metal door to the apartments on the right. The 2nd floor has a plate-glass studio window.

A metal railing enclosed the terrace above the 2nd floor, and the upper floors have two bays of single-windows. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with three console brackets and dentils. The west elevation is plain parged brick with no openings. The lower levels of the building are occupied by PizzArte restaurant.
