5-story modernist mercantile building originally completed in 1900, and later altered. The facade now has a 2-story base of black granite, and upper floors of light-grey stone. The facade is separated into two matching halves. On the ground floor are a pair of glass-and-metal storefronts, while the 2nd floor has a large studio window in each half.

The upper floors have a double-window flanked by a single-window on either side, at both halves, and both are topped by a gable with a round-arched window.
