Welcome to CSI Redeemer Church
The Redeemer church had its meek origin in the Aminjikarai pastorate, a school cum prayer hall, situated next to the Aminjikarai market. The hall was renovated for the purpose of a church with just 10 families as members. The late Rev. H.E.C. Pettet of the City Church Mission was the missionary in charge and subsequently Rev. J. Binks took over. The function of the church was entrusted to Mr. C. Jeremiah who did pioneering work. An adhoe committee was formed with Mr. M.D. Selvaraj as the Secretary and Mr. C. Jeremiah as the Treasurer.
