  I went this beautiful village .there is one long bridge on paalaar river in 1 km distance from N H. it is worth to photograpic scenaries. the name derived from telugu language that is ,paLLi means purticular cast of that village.konda means mountain .But it is said with pallikonda perumal temple.which is corect name.wether the geographical name or name that connected with hindus legand story?

  hy dude..even i carry the surname pallikonda...the same town ur mentionin abt...i feel its a pretty old name...no historical facts...the name given in wiki is based on sum mythological story....
